Offensive subjects (elaborate): Violence is okay, torture is generally okay but if I'm nearing my limits I'll let you know. Sex is fine but dubcon/noncon will definitely require some negotiation first.

Hugging this character: Skids is cool with hugs, though he might be a little bit awkward if total strangers do it out of the blue.
Kissing this character: Very awkward indeed. Probably bashful, too, depending on circumstances. He won't try to stop you unless you're on the Big No list (Decepticons, Whirl, you get the idea) or if it's clear the situation is forced on some front.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. Have awkward flattered Skids. Unless you're on the Big No list anyway.
Fighting with this character: Sure! Skids is actually pretty rad at fighting (think River Tam if you need a quick comparison, even though he hates when I use it). Forewarning for folks who want to start a rumble with him; he's what his canon deems a "hyper-learner" and can identify, memorise, and adapt to virtually anything you throw at him. Yeah, it's kind of hax, but, well.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Being a Transformer, Skids is pretty tough; he can survive – and has survived – absolutely ridiculous levels of injury. He survived a sword through his torso after a close-quarters mêlée against robots twice his size. Safe to say injuries are not verboten, though I'd prefer to discuss anything permanently crippling beforehand.
Killing this character: Skids would sooner die ten times over than let any of his friends be harmed. But he'll beat you with your own weapons and/or detached limbs first. And also he's actually not all that interested in dying otherwise.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! Skids has tried before to enlist the aid of a mnemosurgeon to uncover his forgotten past and if he runs into someone else who can look into his head, he'll probably ask them, too.
CAVEAT: Skids at one point used what amounts to a thought bullet on himself. This thought bullet was a blank, intended to wipe away all knowledge and memory of the mission he was on at the time. It did its job very well and those memories cannot be recovered, period, as detailed in his canon. He also can't form new memories related to any elements of the mission, suffering from a form of anterograde amnesia due to the effects of the thought bullet.
There are earlier memories that he has subconsciously buried as well. These can be found by someone who looks deeply enough. It is implied in canon that these memories are extremely traumatic and that Skids is better off not knowing them. These memories are not yet revealed in canon, so you're free to make foreboding comments about them, but unfortunately, I can't tell you what they actually are.
Warnings: …Not much, really. Skids is a Transformer, so giant robot shenanigans? He's generally a nice guy, so unless you're threatening him or his friends, you haven't got much to worry about.
He might get a little angsty now and again, though.
